  • Let the meat thaw in the refrigerator, in the original, sealed packaging.
  • Wash the meat before cooking, after it has thawed and dried it in a napkin, gauze or kitchen towel.
  • It is recommended to marinate the meat if you want to cook it on the grill.
  • The pieces of Steak and Fille are cut transversely to the muscle fibers and can be fried in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on both sides, taking care that the interior remains pink (medium, medium-rare). Salt is put only at the end.
  • It is recommended that before serving, the pieces of meat be placed on preheated plates and kept covered for 2-3 minutes.
  • The pieces of goulash are prepared in a similar way to the other known meats, according to everyone’s taste.
